When an excellent idea is implemented by a gifted artist the result is always marvelous: the Dutch Wageningen University commissioned the sculptor Frank Plant to create a work that will artistically represent what the University represents. And Frank Plant did it. He gave a wall-mounted large scale sculptural composition entitled ‘Grow’.
